What must happen before Temairik introduces parties?
Three current human approvals are required: conflicts clearance, authority to share the approved information and express introduction authorisation. A prior qualification does not carry permission forward. The next step is to record all three against the defined mandate.
Is Saudi legal execution included automatically in brokerage?
No. Brokerage and legal work are separate instructions. Legal execution depends on a separate lawyer–client engagement, fresh conflict clearance, an accepted written engagement, defined scope, agreed engagement terms and an opened matter file. Scope that work only when those gates are complete.
